Ian Treloar - Managing Director

Ian has worked in commercial real estate in Melbourne since 1974. During this time he has managed CBD and suburban office buildings, project managed major refurbishments and been involved with the planning and development of new buildings. Ian's more recent involvement over the past 15 years has been in office leasing in the Melbourne CBD fringe and St. Kilda Road. He has been responsible for leasing campaigns on several of Melbourne's landmark buildings. Ian is increasingly acting as a buyers advocate for clients creating investment portfolios.


Graham Hemingway - Director

Graham specialises in major investment transactions in Victoria and nationally. With experience in senior positions at Knight Frank and CB Richard Ellis, Graham has built strong relationships with many of Australia's major corporations and private investors. His expertise includes the sale and leaseback of significant assets on behalf of both listed and unlisted corporations, the disposal of distressed assets within the insolvency arena and the advice and sale of significant property portfolios.
